About

Raised in Nottingham, Eve developed an early appreciation for intricate craftsmanship, inspired by the ornate costumes of her ballet school, housed in a historic lace mill. This deep-rooted fascination with textiles and embroidery led her to pursue formal training in Art and Design at Eastleigh College School of Art, followed by a BA in Fashion from Kingston University in 2021. Her graduate collection, a study of family heritage through wedding attire, established the foundation of Mothers Daughter. While at university, she honed her skills in tailoring, luxury manufacturing, and atelier craftsmanship, working on garments for esteemed designer labels. During this time, her work was also featured in Vogue Italia, marking an early milestone in her career.
Inspired by her own experiences of marriage and motherhood, Eve launched Mother’s Daughter—a bridal label that celebrates tradition, personal narratives, and the connections between women. Designed to be effortlessly classic and cherished for generations, each piece is rooted in tradition yet made for modern love stories. With a focus on craftsmanship and storytelling, Mother’s Daughter embraces the beauty of heirloom-worthy design, honouring the past while creating pieces to be treasured for years to come.
